Nir Ogolnik

Nir Ogolnik has been serving as TopGum’s VP General Counsel and Company Secretary since 2021. As part of his role, he advises executive staff and Board of Directors on all legal matters and negotiates key corporate contracts. Prior to joining TopGum, Nir served as senior in-house legal counsel at HOT Telecommunication Systems, where he headed the content department within the legal division. Before joining HOT, Nir was an associate at S. Horowitz & Co. Law Firm. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Nir is a major in the IDF Reserve Units. Prior to becoming a reservist, he served for over six years as a combat naval officer (after completing the two-and-a-half-year course, considered one of the IDF’s most prestigious).

Nir was honored by The Marker as one of Israel’s “40 Promising Young Leaders in the Field of Law.” He earned his L.L.B, magna cum laude from Herzliya Interdisciplinary College (IDC) Law School, Israel, and his B.A. in finance, magna cum laude from the IDC’s School of Business.
