Our People
TopGum is dedicated to diversity. We believe (and research has suggested) that mixed teams perform better. Our factory is located in the periphery of Israel, which opens up work opportunities to people who live far from the center of the country. Our factory and R&D center employ almost an equal ratio of men to women, people of color, and people of different religious faiths. It’s the right thing, and it keeps us innovative.
Our Charitable Work
TopGum dedicated a portion of its earnings to charities that support new immigrants, people with disabilities, and children. For the world to flourish, everyone needs a chance to flourish.
For example, we regularly donate to Afikim, a nonprofit organization that works to end the cycle of poverty through education. We are also proud to participate in Afikim’s yearly marathon, which is the organization’s main fundraising event.
We also support humanitarian ad hoc initiatives. Following the tragic earthquake in Turkey and Syria, TopGum sent a care package full of TopGum’s supplement gummies that are full of vital nutrients to victims of the disaster.
Environment
Our logistics center and factory use a solar-paneled roof, taking advantage of the sunlight-rich environment of Israel’s south.
